What led me to try the #Carnivore Diet.
At 51 years of age, I find myself suffering from weight gain, hormonal issues, inflammation, joint pain, brain fog, and a general sluggishness that has me searching for answers. After trying several diets, a plethora of supplements, prescription medications, and diet after diet I came across the Carnivor Diet. I’m dropping all of the meds, sugar, carbs, juices, and greens and giving this thing a try. Feel free to follow along on my journey and we’ll see if this all-meat diet is the difference-maker.
