I am ONE WEEK AWAY from the first taping of Beauty Brains Bubbly and need your help! The goal is to open dialogue & share important stories, that impact women’s worlds. We will be tackling difficult, taboo subject matter, in an open & honest way, so that women watching can feel welcomed in and a part of the deep and meaningful discussions that impact all our lives. To accomplish this goal, we need a few brave women to open up and share on the following topics:

Pursuing lifelong dreams & overcoming obstacles
Hormonal changes and menopause
Body image challenges
Dating later in life
Sex Positivity
Coping with major life changes
Tattoo mistakes
Intimacy challenges
Self-worth
Negative self-talk
Empty Nesting
Divorce

If you are open to sharing just send a short 1-2-minute video of a question, issue you are struggling with, or confessional. If you prefer not to be on camera you can write to us as well. Or consider passing this email forward to another female friend who might be open to participating.

If you are sending a video, then just be sure to set your phone horizontally, when you tape & try to keep the background noise to a minimum (tough task if you have little people at home)!
